TMF Health Quality Institute and C2C Innovative Solutions, Inc is committed to empowering employees through an array of benefits, most of which are available immediately upon hire.

With rising health care costs and a wide variety of family needs, we understand that benefits significantly factor into the total financial picture for employees. When you become an employee, your salary is only one part of your compensation package. Our comprehensive and competitive employee benefits program is available to full-time and part-time employees who regularly work 30 or more hours per week. Employees become eligible to participate in health benefits on the first of the month following their hire date.

 

We regularly evaluate our competitive benefits package to provide the most generous program possible, which includes but are not limited to the following:

  • Medical, Dental and Vision Plans

    The company offer medical, dental and a vision care plans to cover you and your family. To help contain the increasing cost of health benefits. TMF requests proposals on all insurance plans annually.

  • Health Savings Accounts    

    In addition to medical coverage, we have established Health Savings Accounts for all eligible employees to help cover expenses. The company contributes to employees’ Health Savings Accounts each pay period.

  • Dependent Care FSA

    This plan allows employees to set aside pre-tax dollars for qualified dependent care expenses.

  • Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance

    The company provides group life and AD&D insurance at two times your annual salary and pays the full cost of this benefit. You have the option of purchasing additional coverage for you and your family if you wish to supplement this benefit.

  • Short-term and Long-term Disability

    The company pays the full cost of long-term disability insurance for employees. You have the option of electing short-term disability insurance. 

  • Competitive Retirement Plan

    Our 401(k) and Roth plans enable you to contribute between 1 and 75 percent of your income for retirement. The company makes a matching contribution of 4 percent for the first 2 percent you contribute to the plan, plus an additional contribution each year as determined by our board of trustees (currently 4 percent). You may choose from a variety of professionally managed funds in which to invest.

  • Attractive Leave Plan with Paid Holidays, Vacation and Sick Leave

    Our generous leave plan gives you flexibility when you need or want to take time off. Vacation increases with years of service, rolls over and may be “sold back” to the company twice a year.

  • Professional Development Reimbursement

    The company supports your professional development and career progression by reimbursing approved costs of training, licenses, credentials, professional dues and tuition. This benefit is available to part-time and full-time employees.

  • Flexible Schedules

    Employees may have the benefit of choosing alternative work schedules that center around core business hours.

  • Family & Wellness

    The company provides various benefits to help you achieve a healthy lifestyle, ranging from fitness to an Employee Assistance Program that offers confidential personal, legal, end of life resources and counseling services for you and your immediate family.

  • Community Programs

    TMF has adopted Meals on Wheels and More (MOWAM) as our dedicated charity. Our team of volunteers delivers two routes each week to support MOWAM’s mission of nourishing and enriching the lives of the homebound and other people in need through programs that promote dignity and independent living.

  •  TMF and C2C Solutions participate in additional community activities throughout the year.
